Video won't play--Sansa e250r

I just installed Rockbox on my Sansa e250r, and the video that was on the player won't play any more. I went through the manual, and I thought I read that mp4 would play, so I converted a video to mp4. Still won't play.

In both cases, I get the error that the start code is missing. What gives?

Does Rockbox play Sansa-converted files? And can I move them to the MicroSD drive after converting them with the Sansa software?

Rockbox plays mpeg2 and mpeg1 video. See the PluginMpegplayer wiki page.

Thanks. I'm still getting "missing packet start code prefix" errors, and no video playback. Any clue?

Did you follow instructions from the PluginMpegplayer wiki page for conversion?

Yes. Now that I know it's there.

For some reason I had trouble getting WinFF to read the presets file, so I just added the one that I needed, and things are working.
