i just installed the current build i used to have evil-g's custom build, every thing went fine with installing it. The problem im having is every time i turn the power off to get it to turn back on i have to cycle the battery switch on the bottom im not sure if i have something in the wrong folder or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Why do you have to cycle the power switch? What does that do that holding the power button does not do?

Did you also install a standard bootloader?  As I recall, some of those builds make use of a specialized bootloader.  This probably explains the behavior that you're seeing.  Install a standard bootloader and your problem should go away.
