dumb question about patched builds for themes

hey guys, total rockbox newbie here

i want some really cool themes but need a so called patched version of rockbox. as i said, i am completely new to this. so what is it, which one do get, and what is the difference between evilg and jbuild. i have 5.5 gen ipod vid. also, how do i add album art? thanks so much for your help. sorry if there is another post but i couldnt find it.

oh, by the way, i need a fusion patch but there are so many. i have 30gb ipod vid, if that helps
