Rockboy not working

i previously had the normal rockbox that it here on the site but it wouldnt let me play the cs mod for doom so i installed a version found at rockbox.org/rbutil but now when i browse to look for gb/gbc games they dont appear because it doesnt show those types of files...

help?

EDIT: i figured out how to make them appear i just choose the setting show all files but i still cant play them if i select them nothing happens (they wont show if i choose show supported)

Settings -> General -> File View -> Show Files - All or Supported.

I don't play Gameboy roms but I assume this is your problem... ?

Try changing the settings as described above or look in the manual for "show files".

The files need to have filenames ending in ".gb", ".gbc", or ".sgb" otherwise Rockbox doesn't know what to do with them.

they are all either gbc or gb, still not working >.<

Please update to the latest current build, then report back with the version number and whether it is working.
