i instaled a new firmwire for itunes

well i started useing rockbox a while back and i loved it but i installed the new ipod firmwire off itunes and now it isnt working so i tryed restoring my ipod and deleting every thing and then putting it all back on and i then tryed installing rockbox again it said instalation success and then i tryed to run rockbox and it isnt running so please help me i would like to keep rockbox on my ipod but it just wont run, its a 30gb 5th generation

Have you tried reinstalling the bootloader?

i did there now and it says no ipods found i tryed auto detect and it didnt work so i did it manualy and notta

I bought amongt the last of the new 5.5g Video 80GB and it has firmware 1.2.1 and Rockbox works OK via PC.  Have NOT tried 1.2.3.

Just installed new apple firmware 1.2.3 on video ipod on reboot booted to apple.
Used rbutilqt 1.03pre to re install bootloader and the latest build.
Rockbox now works again!

yea it works now and my speakers wernt pluged in and thats y iTunes wasnt working lol
