Rockbox isn't working

::) I know, dumb name, but I couldn't think of  anything else.

anyway, I've had rockbox for almost a year now, and there hasn't been a problem. However, a couple weeks ago, I tried to get the current build. It loads fine, but if I try any program (disktidy, rockboy, rockdoom, etc...), it says "Incompatable Version", and doesn't do the program. this could be a glitch or something in that version, but I didn't have any free time recently to upgrade (will try after school)

does anyone know what the problem could be? coincidentally, it happened after I got ipodlinux and Loader 2, but I can't see how that can affect rockbox in any way. I have a 30g 5.5 winpod

Sherv:
Um, you should really post more specifics (e.g. the date of the build you're using, etc), but it seems to me that you didn't replace the existing plugins with the ones from the build you're using. Try that...

It means you've not unzipped the contents of the rockbox.zip file to your ipod, you've just taken bits of it's content and moved it there manually. This means you've now got one version of rockbox.ipod, and other versions of plugins (which won't now run).

Download the rockbox.zip for your player again, and unzip the WHOLE thing to your ipod.

Febs:
We do not support Loader 2 here.

zombieplasticclock:
I think what Godeater said is the most likely. I didn't replace some of the folders (like the WPS, themes, fonts, etc...), so that may be the problem. thanks.

Also, Febs, I know Loader 2 isn't supported. If you read my post, you'd see that yeah, I have loader 2, but it's an unrelated program (not trying to sound like a jerk, just saying it for clarification)
