Problems with jack on e250

I have problems with jack... I know it is my personal promblem, but i'm interest in how strong are sansa's jack?
P.S. Sorry for my bad English...

Sansa headphone jacks are a known weak point.  Any time I open a Sansa, I always reinforce it with epoxy before closing up.

The usual failure mode is for the solder points to work free, often taking parts of the PCB traces with them.  How easy/hard to repair depends on whether (or how much) the PCB is damaged.

uh oh, not good.  i've heard that if you're having problems hearing because the soldier points tore out, you can use aluminum foil to fix it.
