Yes, unless you own the game and rip the rom yourself, it is illegal.

Sorry, no copyrighted materials distributed. There are places to get roms, but it won't and can't be discussed here.

you cannot ask/tell how to get roms. your supposed to "extract" them from the original game. thats the legal way. good luck.

Theres a gameboy emulator which can play pokemon and other gameboy classic games.  However, downloading a game is copyright infringement, and we do not support that, so you will not be asking anything else about that.  If you are interested in emulation, I suggest hitting up google and finding sites about emulation.

Do not ask for Gameboy/Gameboy Color ROMs on the forums or IRC because it is illegal. Though you can find some legal homebrew and public domain ROMs here: http://www.pdroms.de/ and here: http://www.zophar.net/roms.phtml?op=show&type=gb

first off, don't go onto a public forum and ask for roms, but everyone has already told you that.  secondly, mario party first came out for the n64, do you really think the sansa could play an n64 game?
