updating size on empty dir

Hi!
I've got Ipod Nano 4 GB. Yesterday i installed Rockbox. Everything seemed to work great until a great bug appeared. As soon as I turn on player, I see a message "updating size on empty dir entry 46" and I can't press any buttons or actually do anything exept waiting the battery to charge off. But when i turn it again, the same problem occures. Moreover, now my Ipod is not identified by USB connection, so I can do nothing to improve the situation.
It would be great, if you'll help me.

It sounds like you have a corrupt filesystem.  Try rebooting to emergency disk mode (I can't remember the exact keys, but they are in numerous threads on the forums), then running chkdsk on it.
