There are two important steps:
1) Read the forum guidelines, like you did when signing up, so that you know to use real words and not things like "idk"
2) After having read the guidelines, go to the manual as they tell you to do, and read it. It will explain how to install.

i went in the manul thingy and downloaded rockboc on my device(i think) and then when it was done it said it was writing and nohing showed up it said refreshing devis and the other time  it said devise resteing or something like that please help me

1 - People are likely to chime in here and point out your failure to read and/or follow the forum posting guidelines you agreed to when you signed up for your forum account.  If you expect any more help you need to heed the rules here.

2 - I strongly urge you to install, and use, Firefox as your web browser.  Not only is it more secure than Internet Explorer, it also has a built-in spell checker.  No offense, but you need it.  Your posts are almost impossible for me (a native English speaker) to read, and for many of the people here English is not their first language.

3 - You need to be as clear, concise, and DETAILED as possible in describing not only what you have done, but the exact nature of your problem.  I can not make heads or tails of what you have said so far.  Please.  You can not be too detailed when asking for technical support.

First of all, learn to type. If you don't care about what your post looks like, others won't either.

Second, you have to describe the problem.
-Is rockbox on your player or not?

You can't just say "My car won't move" to a mechanic. You have to tell him if the engine is turned on or not, if it is then what is it doing, etc...

Same with electronic devices. No one can help if they don't even know what's going on.
And If you have read the manual and the forum you will find everything you need to know. After you have done that then ask more questions and I'm sure someone will help.
(I know you haven't read yet because you would have seen other people describing their problems in detail, based on what they've read from other people's problems.)
