SanDisk Sansa c200v2, m200v4, clipv1, clipv2, clip+, and fuzev2

Vague Rant:
There's no reason to disregard funman's post, it's still accurate; the firmware version linked on the wiki is the one previous to the latest update from Sandisk, as that is the version supported by mkamsboot, which will not be updated in line with official Sandisk releases.

I have a Clip+ too with the new bootloader and have no problems with shutdowns, have you tried deleting/re-copying Rockbox (you may wish to back up your settings first)?

MasterFen:
Ok, I'll try that in a while. I can't do it now due to me having to copy some files to a flash drive (which takes up my last USB port >:() so I'll report back once I've done what you suggested.

UPDATE

Good news, it does shut down!  :D Although it now takes about the same time to shut down as the OF.

New bootloaders v2.0 released for Clipv2/Clip+/Fuzev2, instructions and URLs on the wiki as usual.

They increase battery life and get rid of some crashes at boot (the players would boot with a black screen).

The fuzev2 bootloader on the server displays 'Boot Ver. Ver. 2.0' (2 times 'Ver.') so before it is updated you can get a bootloader without the typo here

Is it my impression, or clipv2 speed w/ new BL and r25977 is much more improved? Database buildings took me a couple of seconds (reboot included), blazing fast! Never seen on any other RB'ed player...
Thanks once more funman,  now developers, make "pitch" modification permanent or commit FS#10906, please! :) or is it too early?

I don't think the bootloader has any effect, but in current revisions the default CPU speed is fixed at 240MHz instead of 24MHz so it might feel faster (and draw more power)

This patch won't apply to as3525v2, we don't know how to program the PLL so we use the only known setting: 240MHz.

I don't even know how inaccurate we are for each audio frequency (12 frequencies from 8kHz up to 96kHz) given this PLL rate.

hey nice work!
