Sandisk hasn't released a firmware update yet for the Clip+, and without one we have no way to try and patch the firmware and upload a bootloader.

It is unlikely that offering a bounty of any amount would be accepted. The reasons for this have been covered before, but in brief :
Anyone taking the bounty would basically be profiting from a massive amount of work that has already been done by other Rockbox developers, which is somewhat unfair.
Edit: Since we've had this question before, and since it's starting to come up with some regularity, I've now updated the wiki page about donating to Rockbox : http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/DonatedMoney

Wow, now I'm getting called a fish outside of the poker game... :P
I think I can say with certainty that the clip+ will not be running a usable form of rockbox in the next 15 days. On the other hand it seems that most targets are not being sold at retail when rockbox becomes usable on them. If you return the clip+ and wait for rockbox to be usable there's a pretty good chance it won't be available then, just ask all the fuze v2 & clip v2 owners. If you want to get an idea about how long it's going to take, go back in the forum and look around Sep 08 when funman started the real heavy lifting for this thing, and follow the progression. In the meantime the OF is not all that terribly bad from what I've heard. Good Luck!

Maybe sending a Clip+ to someone would help? Or in other words, is anyone interested in porting Rockbox to the Clip+ but doesn't has the player?
GodEater:
Even if a developer has a Clip+ right now, you're still not going to see a port done in 15 days.
