iPod 2nd sound breaks

I have the same problem with IPOD MINI 2g.
It is manifested on all last RB builds.
For long time i did not know as it to solve.
And suddenly it stumbled on this topic.
I began to experiment.
the disappearance of sound coincides with the moment of the beginning of turning to the disk
Problem was partially decided with the change of the parameter "Disk spindown" into the value "253 s" ;)
