[solved] Settings change after reboot

I've never seen this before!

I load a config that I have made.
I shut down.
I power up.
Now some settings - some which I haven't messed with in a long time - have changed to the default values. My WPS stays the same as before.

iRiver H120 - r15844-071128, and two days earlier as well.

Any clues??

SOLVED!
I think this started after I had to reset settings manually.
This to overcome a crash at every restart. RB was trying to resume the last seconds of a song (a known bug).

Before I tried to install an earlier build I deleted the old .rockbox directory - haven't done that before.
Then the problem disappeared, no matter what build I used.

This told if someone else gets problems like this...
