Button Combo Needed

Alright so today I got really mad because my Sansa stopped playing music and since it has no screen I started to mash buttons until it played music again. The problem is that now I put it into Music Device mode? And I need it to appear as an external harddrive so I can install Rockbox to it.

So I would really appreciate it if someone could post the exact buttons I need to press to switch modes on the default firmware?

update: Its now caught in some Maintenance Mode loop.

I tried flashing the firmware but afterwards it just popped up with the 16mb drive over and over again! I know the firmware was good so can anybody tell me whats going on here? I have no screen...
