Sorting Question

Is there a way to sort songs by track number rather than alphabetically? For some reason my ACDC songs have a number in front that sorts them the right way since they are on alphabetical now. I looked in my music folder and it appears that every song has a number before it so it doesn't look like it's a file issue.

For reference I use iTunes to sync music and my iPod is a 4G Color.

I take it you are using database as you are synching with itunes?  In that case, the sorting is done on track number tags, and not filename.  Check to see if these tags are present (not in itunes, as it uses it's own databse, try something like foobar or the godfather).

Since I am using iTunes is there a way to convert the database over? I saw the tool on this site but it doesn't work. Thanks for the response.
