I am lost and dont know wat to do!

I am new to rockbox and have no idea wat to do.  I try to follow the instruction in the manual and attempted to follow.  Nothing seem to be on track so I went to this fourm to find some answer.  There seem to be nth that could help my problem now.  I just recently bought a sansa e250r from woot.  
Could anyone give me a more easier step by step(into more not advance computer language) on how i can install the rockbox into my sansa.

Before trying to install Rockbox on your e250R, you need to do this extra step first:

You are basically just downloading 2 files, & unzipping them to the specified locations on your player, & following the instructions. Easy-peasy
