Having a hard time with the install :(

So I have been playing around with getting this firmware installed on my Sansa 250e I just got of woot. I cant figure out what to do.

I read the pdf file on how to do it yet I still cannot figure it out. Can any one direct me to some simple instructions on how to do this?

So i am running the installer and i get the message in the picture bellow,

It wants me to pick a driver, however the sansa player in windows XP does not come up as a drive rather as "other"

what should i do?

I am assuming the issue here is that my Sansa player is not being detected as a drive in windows.
I went into the management folder and i didn't see an option to assign a drive letter to the player. Any one have any ideas?

Did you change the USB mode in the original firmware to MSC mode?
