how do i get rockbox onto my ipod?

i have no idea about how to get rockbox on my ipod 30gb 5th generation i downloaded the file for it but now i dont no what i have to do

this doesnt help because it names files and i dont have them or know were to get them it says that i need to unzip something but the program that i download doesnt need unziped also do i need Linux for this to work?

Please use some punctuation, your post is almost unreadable.

The manual contains links to everything you need to download.  You do not need linux.  Please read it again carefully, then if you still have problems please post exactly which instruction you do not understand.

i see what you mean now but i have a problem putting it on my ipod now it says no ipods found but i have it connected and i have selected the areas where my ipod is found
