I'm trying to figure out if my Rockboxed Toshiba F40 will play music through my pc speakers while in it's cradle?  Nothing major if it won't do it, but it would be nice.

Yes, line out works fine.

Do you mean just slip it in the cradle and switch the usb/line out switch?
I did that and couldn't hear it.  Any clue on what I could be doing wrong?

Nevermind, I just noticed there's a plug in the back for line out.  LOL  I bet it would help if I plug a wire in there.   :D
