Instal rockbox on new nano 3g ipod?

hello , i bought the newest 3rd generation nano ipod (the one that play video)
But when i try to instal rockbox , im unable i dont know why..
When i use the ipodpatcher it says :

[ERR] No ipods found , aborting
[ERR] Please connect your ipod and ensure it is in disk mode
[ERR] Please refer to Rockbox manual if you continue to have problems.

Press ENTER to exit ipodpatcher:

Can anyone help me with that?
