Hi,

I have this great little player...but im stuck with the notoriously bad Sonicstage. I use Linux (ubuntu Flavour).

Is there a solution for me?

From researching the NWHD5 a bit, I remember that it has a very slow ARM CPU with a reconfigurable DSP which does all the audio decoding but I couldn't find any datasheets. I believe that the PSP (Playstation Portable) uses the same (or similar) chip for audio decoding.

If the NWHD3 uses the same chip, a port will be a challenge.
