Bad unmounting of ipod, please need help

Hello everybody, i really need help for my iPod nano.
Every time I disconnect it first from "safely remove hardware" and after that from the USB but too often gives this screen:

this screen is shown just for few seconds and after that I can't start my ipod normally
,have to use menu+select buttons to reboot it, and sometime it cant start just after the error screen is shown and have to wait 5-10 minutes
The problem is that after some time, when too many massages have shown my ipod dont wont to mount on Windows, and Windows says that it is unrecognized hardware , and when opening the driver a message is shown it says that the driver need to be formated, there is no other way and I format it, but all my music go to hell ... so please need help

No it works properly, for the moment.
I dont have any other problems, except sometimes have to be formated

This is not "working properly".

That after some error messages like the up one and restarts of the player, it need to be formated.
