Help Please, Changed Theme and backdrop stayed black, Cant see!

Hey, im an idiot and i had  a black theme, then changed my theme to one that has black text.  The backdrop didnt change with it.  SO therefore my menu is all black and I cant see anything.  Is there anyway someone could please walk me through the menu to change my theme?  And if so, please make sure that I'm starting at the top of the list, so i dont go into the wrong menu on accident and debug or something.  Thank you to whoever can help.  I have an Iriver h320.

Simplest would be to reset/clear settings.

I'm not sure about the h320 but on many targets this is accomplished by sliding the 'hold' button to locked during boot-up (ie, power then quickly hold then wait until it states settings were cleared before unlocking)...

It's the REC button on the H320.  This may be found in the manual:

I tried doing the rec button trick but it didnt work.  I tried to press it once, and then i tried holding it and I still have all black, with the skull and crossbones in the bottom right (i was using that theme) .  SO can someone like walk me through the keystrokes to change my theme, because i've pretty much bricked my player.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. (the train was hell today without my music!!)

We object to people using the term "bricked" when it really doesn't apply.

If you're having trouble resetting your configuration, you can always connect your player to a computer and delete the .rockbox/config.cfg file to achieve the same effect.

what will that delete once i remove it?  Just the settings?

Yep - just your settings.

If you were feeling adventurous you could open it in a text editor instead of deleting it, and change the values for "foreground color" and "background color" to something that wasn't the same.

That would leave all your other settings intact.
