FLAC Files Skipping

I just installed the latest rockbox on my Ipod 5th gen (80gb), and some of my FLAC files get skipped over and are unable to play, while others seem to play fine. I am syncing through MM3 if it helps at all. I tried a search but I didn't see much come up
