apple os lost

hello i installed rockbox on my ipod video 5.5g and i just lost the original os when i restar my ipod it goes directly on rockbox what can i do to find the original os   thanks ....

Turn the hold switch on _immediately_ after turning your ipod on - before the backlight comes on.  This will start the Apple firmware.
