there's no need for the album art patch anymore since it's included in the daily builds. just update the wps code to the latest official tags and you should be fine.

1.  Our forum rules require the use of proper English and prohibit the use of abbreviations like "u."   Please respect these rules.

2.  There have been some changes to Rockbox within just the past couple of days to allow the official Rockbox builds to support album art and scrolling margins.  Previously, these features were not supported and were only available through unofficial patches.  As a result of the recent changes, some WPSes that previously relied on these unofficial patches need to be updated to work with the features that have been newly-implemented in the official build.  If you have chosen a theme that has not been updated, you have two choices.  First, you can update the WPS yourself using the information found on the Custom WPS wiki page (and also in the Manual).  Second, you can wait until someone else updates it and use a different theme in the meantime.

The themes that do not come with rockbox are not official creations, and as such will not be updated in the same way as rockbox is.  You need to either wait for someone to do either because they want to use the theme too or out of the kindness of their heart, or you need to update them yourself.  WPS syntax isn't too hard, so I'm sure you could manage it if you tried. :)

Start by taking a look here, specifically in the "Customizing Rockbox" section, for help with WPS creation:
