Does Rockbox support the new Sandisk 6GB MicroSDHC Card on the Sansa e280?

Thanks for the info, saratoga. I think the chances are slim that my player will still be around when the 32GB cards come out because I'm using this baby at least 5 or 6 hrs everyday. I guess it will eventually burn out. If it does though, I'll be sure to buy another one. After using a flash based mp3 player like the Sansa, I don't ever plan on going back to an HD player ever again!

I am new to Rockbox and am still getting the facts before I install on my e260.

How do you load media to this if the Sandisk firmware does not support SDHC?  Do you have to load it with a card reader and then put it in the player?  Just curious because I obtain much of my music from Rhapsody.

Until the USB stack is completed, you should use a card reader for now.

And just to let you know: your Rhapsody music won't work in Rockbox.

I have a Sansa e280 with a Sandisk 6GB SDHC card and it works perfectly.

It came with a USB adapter so I could plug it in to the laptop to load data on to it.

Bought it off Amazon UK for £30.

Ok, I have searched through as many of these postings as I could find to limit my embarassment from asking this but to no avail.  I have a 4GB microSDHC in my Sansa e260 that I can access on RockBoxes file structure but is not recognized on my PC.  The Sansa hard drive is recognized through my computer and the 4GB disk does show up on my computer but it will not open and I cannot load files onto it.  When I try to open or explore it the message comes up, "please insert disk into drive "F"".  This is the same message that my Sansa firmware gave but I had heard and was hoping that Rockbox would recognize this SDHC.  What am I not doing or doing wrong?

HELP!!!
