my 250r doesn't upgrade firmware

followed the instruction step by step.  Successfully patched the bootloader. Copied all files to the device and disconnected. Now it restarts, refreshes the database and....  NOTHING HAPPENS! I'm still with my rhapsody...  
Searched the forum but did not see any similar question. Help please!

Never mind. Got it done. Copy the modified pp5022t into the recovery folder and restart and I now in rockbox. Don't why this is not in the instruction, but anyway I found it in the forum. Thanks.
