iPod Video 30GB - Newb Problem

So, I think I successfully installed Rockbox, the new firmware booted up, and I ran some Doom etc...

But, I can't seem to get some freaking music onto my iPod! I know, this is a ridiculous question, but how do I drag-n-drop music onto my iPod? Yes, I read the manual, but not very well obviously.

Please point this silly newb in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

You need to use the original firmware to transfer music, as rockbox doesn't yet have a USB mode on portalplayer devices.  You can use itunes if you like (urgh) but then you need to use the rockbox database, or put the device into disk mode and drag and drop.

Okay, good to know, I'll try that once I get over my newest problem...

I can't turn my iPod on! Crap, did I brick it, or something? I always eject when I'm not using it. Last thing I remember was powering down the unit holding Select and Play/Pause. It won't detect on USB or anything. HOLD isn't on, I'm not THAT newb...

God, I suck at this.
