How, do I apply a theme?

I've been searching everyone for how to apply a new theme, yes I'm new to rockbox, I've been enjoying it but the theme (default) is kinda lame, If anyone could provide me with a step-by-step tutorial, with how change themes, It would be greatly appreciated thanks.

did you read the manual? it will say in there

Find a theme you like, unzip it to player in the same way as you did with rockbox,zip, select it through the menu (see manual).

Alternatively use RBUtil.
