I've bricked my Sansa e250

when iI try to "init" trough the e200tool in ubuntu i get this message:

e200tool v0.2.3-alpha (c) by MrH 2006, 2007
Searching for device 0781:0720 ... found!
Failed to claim the interface (-1, Operation not permitted)
Searching for device 0b70:0003 ... 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 not found!

what should i do about it?

Are you running e200tool as root?

i sample drag the e200tool into the terminal
and type "init"

There's no need to double post. If someone doesn't come forward right away, then either no one knows the answer, or they didn't get a chance to answer yet.

Type (without the quotes) "sudo e200tool" in the terminal, then enter your password. Then continue the process as normal.

i know this, but how do i put the e200tool inside the root folder?

You don't put it in the root folder, you need to run the tool as the root user. This is done by the sudo thing LambdaCalculus379 mentioned.

o.k i've been done all the procedure to the end but it seems like it don't save any step that i've been done
after i flashed it in 16 mb format it's shows again a empty screen with the blue led
and before i could see the 16 mb format in the computer.
