Rockbox to Apple without hold?

Hey. I have a 1st gen ipod nano with rockbox installed on it. I know that to switch from rockbox to the original apple software you have to click the hold thing while its rebooting. I was wondering if there was anyway to do this without the hold because it broke off on mine. Thank you.  :)

Hold MENU as your ipod boots.
