E280 - Database won't initialize

Hello all.  New to this Rockbox world.  I can't seem to get the database to initialze.  When I ask it to do so, it just sits there on 0 forever.  I'm not sure what to do, can't find this exact discussion as of yet.

This doesn't sound like an installation issue, so it will likely get moved. You may wish to reread the posting guidelines.
