Albums and playlist details on WPS

With my current WPS, the next song and it's artist gets displayed.

This works well with playlists and compilations where I select tracks of different artists. The problem is that when I am playing albums of the same artist, I know the name of the artist as it is displayed in the WPS so I don't need to know the next songs artist.

This is a minor irritation but I was wondering if it is possible to only display the next songs artist if it is on a playlist or if the album is a compilation of various artists?

Two issues:
1 - Rockbox always is playing from a playlist.
2 - There does not appear to be any sort of grand logic testing avaliable in WPSs...as in:
    If %ie = %IE then display X else display %IE
there are true:false conditionals, but no comparison conditionals.

I get you know about the concept that rockbox treats albums as playlists.

I'll check the Tracker to see if there is any requests for this and submit one if not.

Displaying the artist only when playing from a saved playlist is possible today using %?pn<> .
