blocking violation
« on: November 02, 2007, 09:26:04 AM »
I have rockbox running on my iriver h120. I've been using it flawlessly for about a year now. Today, I plugged it in (usb) to a friend's computer and almost immediately my irivier froze with the following message on it's screen:

*PANIC*
Blocking Violation
B->*T

The message is still there and I suppose it will stay there till the battery runs out. What does this mean? what should I do?
help!
It says *panic* and I have to agree...

Look on the bottom, there is a reset hole.  Put something small in it and press the button.

Put something small in it and press the button.

Ideally *not* a pin - they're too sharp, and the reset button inside is prone to break if you use something sharp. Use a paperclip for preference.
