Database problem 30gig 5.5 Please Help

I have had rock box on my gen 5 for a few weeks and now for some reason or another when I go to play songs it will show the apple id  (example  xysn)  and not the song info.      :-\

Also when I press and hold the play button to shut it down it   will shut down then just fire back up??

Please can someone help me

Does the WPS that you're using display filenames?

I don't know about the automatic restarting problem.  Does this behavior persist across multiple builds?  Did it begin with a particular revision?
