Uninstall completely from sansa e250r

The uninstall instructions for the e250R are not in the manual. With the R models you need to use the special bootloader/patch and this .exe doesn't have an option for uninstall only install.

Is there a way I could just format my Sansa and start from scratch with stock firmware and software?
