I have an idea for a desighn for a ubuntu theme for sansa e250. if anyone would like to try and make it, email me and I will send you my desighn. I can't program, or I would do it myself.

You don't have to be able to program in order to create a WPS/theme.
Here you can find a simple gide that may help you to understand the concept of creating a WPS:
