People generally only respond if they have something constructive to add.  You aren't hearing from people because they have not experienced your problem or don't have any useful advice to offer you.  Plus, I don't think that a day is very long to wait for a response on an issue like this.  Have some patience.  If someone sees this and has some advice for you they'll give it.  Also, don't double post.  Use the modify button instead.

Can you connect via USB if you boot up the original firmware?

Rockbox doesn't have USB support for the H10 - you have to use the original firmware to transfer files.

Hmm.. well Rockbox has no native USB mode yet, so any USB device functionality comes from native code provided by the manufacturer (e.g. in the original firmware or stored in flash).  If you're having problems with USB mode in the original firmware this may have something to do with the problems that you're experiencing.

(linuxstb beat me to it.)

 ???

What?  You just have to use the OF to do USB transfers.  Why would installing Rockbox prevent you from doing this in the future?

Yes, you can dual boot.

And please, use real words. You agreed to follow the forum guidelines when you signed up, and they tell you that we require this. "U" is not a real word.

Yes. Dual booting is explained here.

And Llorean's serious about using real words. I'd heed his advice if I were you.

No, we have users who speak many different languages and blind users, and the letter "u" does not necessarily translate into other languages as a word. Which is what it says in the guidelines. So read them.

Also, is the manual missing information on how to dual boot?
