« on: October 28, 2007, 04:38:14 PM »
ok, i downloaded it onto my nano 1st gen 2G

my ipod has a messed up menu button, (works about 1/10 the time) and i didnt like the layout, as i had no way to see my organized playlist from itunes.  point is, i deleted the extracted files from my disk mode, but now when it boots it says, "loading rock box...
ERROR!
(buncha info about rockbox version)
press MENU+Select to reboot, then Select+PLAY to access disk mode.

i did, but now how do i get my old ipod back?!

When your ipod is in disk mode and connected to your computer, just run either ipodpatcher or Rockbox Utility and select the uninstall option.

This is covered in the manual - in the Installation chapter.
