I finaly decided to upload my theme although I took the lazy way out and uploaded it to rockbox-themes. Ill post screenshots of the progression I made with it let me know what you think and feel free to go to rockbox-themes and upload it here. The wps with the lightning backround is the first design i made a screenshot of. The other two are the finished theme

If possible could someone help me get my theme in the Wps gallery, I'm not familiar with the wiki and don't have the time to learn it. everything is already set to go as far as GPL and set up and stuff, it just needs to be submitted, please comment here if your willing to help and ill email the necessary files

sorry, i didnt say anyone had to i was just asking that if anyone who wanted the theme and felt like they wanted to upload it for me. otherwise its on rockbox-themes.org and is availible individually through me
