sansa e200 battery life

couldn't find a relevant thread with a quick search.. I'm wondering if rockbox can be optimized for more battery life, since it seems like I can run the sansa with normal OS much longer.  Nevermind the USB connect functionality, which definitely makes rockbox more practical, but a battery lifetime the equals or beats the normal OS would be nice.

Theres got to be hundreds of threads on this topic. . .

Yes battery life on the PP5020+ CPUs needs to be improved.  If you figure out how, please let us know.
