Problem in creating a Playlist

Heyy
I habe this problem im not able to create playlists using the virtual keyboard.
when i press the play button nuthin happens and it still shows dynamic.m3u with the virtual keyboard display.
however the menu button(save w/out exit) seems to be working properly.

Please help me out
