Absolutely no playback under Rockbox
brownbox:
Lear you were spot on. I scanned a mp3 file with mp3check and now its playing flawlessly on my player! ;D
One last question
Do I have to do this to all my mp3 files?
Does this also apply to wma files?
Lear:
All MP3:s with bad CRC, yes.
WMA is not affected by this.
brownbox:
well Im afraid to say I still have a problem.
Its one particular file which plays fine everywhere else (orig firmware, windows, etc)
I can encode it to mp3, wma or ogg @128kbps. I check it with mp3check and it comes up with no errors. However, when I go to play the file in rockbox, I get
No File!
(root)
(root)
Whats the problem here?
GodEater:
Can you run a chkdsk/fsck on your sansa when it's mounted ? In case you have filesystem errors.
Lear:
If checking the disk doesn't help, I could take a look at the file. In that case, PM me.
