Absolutely no playback under Rockbox

Hi
I am the proud owner of a Sansa E250 with a 2gig micro SD card installed.

I installed rockbox today, and got it all working great (doom is awesome!  ;D ). Anyways, its all working fine and I have a theme loaded up and all my settings changed. Problem is when I go to play any file (all mp3's) it doesnt play it. It just stays at 0.00/x.xx. Then the whole system gets really slow and laggy, and the only way to make it back to normal is to reboot. The files definately play in the default Sansa firmware. Sorry I cant really provide much detail, and I am new to all this, however I will try to answer any questions.

P.s. Nice work overall with Rockbox. It really does ... rock...  :P

Are these files you've purchased on line at all? I.e. with DRM ?

these files were ripped these off a CD (128kbit mp3 format)

Could you do what you're asked to do when you post then please?

Provide the svn revision number of your build?
And also - make sure the problem occurs when all the settings on your sansa at their defaults.

As far as I know none of the files have DRM

The version number is r15276-071023

I completely wiped Rockbox and reinstalled it, and it still has the problem.
