Desktop software solution for syncing playlists w/ rockbox'd Sansa E280?

I have a Rockbox'd Sansa E280 so I can play my FLAC library on the go.  

I have just switched from the ipod nano + iTunes, and I'm wondering how I can have a similar user experience by syncing my playlists + portable library to my new player.

Any ideas?

I use Foobar for playlists and listening to FLAC files.  So far I've been 'dragging and dropping' my files onto the Sansa, but I can't figure out how to transfer playlists made in Foobar.

The "Send to Device" plugin may do this (though I don't remember for sure).
