How do i sync my songs using rockbox?

I'm assuming you mean syncing songs between the Sansa and the computer. This has nothing to do with Rockbox, but some good file syncing applications are:
SyncBack
SyncToy
Unison

This doesn't solve the sync issue -- it's just a requirement to get usb access at all.

You can sync any way you like -- you could even sync using Itunes (but I guess Itunes won't sync with other players than Ipods).
