And unless you tell us the real problem it's impossible helping you, making this thread useless.

The thread is not useless. The whole point of a forum is so that only one (1) person has to have the problem, have it solved, and then the solution is permanently available for everyone else who has the same problem.  That is, if AmbiquitY would be so kind as to say how the problem was solved (and maybe even what the precise problem was in the first place).
