Merging the latest build with a modified build

What I want: A way to merge the Black-Glass compatible build with the latest build, without sacrificing any new features, i.e, gradient line selectors. Here is a link to an older version (with less features  ) that lets me use this theme.

Is there a way to merge this and the latest?
